Cancellation Policy

To cancel an appointment 48 hours notice is recommended and appreciated, however, no less than 24 hrs is required or a charge of 50% of the scheduled appointment + HST will be applied to your account. The full amount will be charged if you do not attend your appointment with little or no notice.
