Fungal, Wart, & Plantar Wart Treatment (FreezPen), Reconstructing Damaged Toenails (NanoFlex by Fuzion is a Flexible UV/LED Gel Designed), Assessments, Exercises, Footwear Information and retail.
Basic Foot Care
Regular and incarnated nail clipping, filing, decongesting of the nail groves (cuticle treatment), exfoliation, application of hot towel, application of lotion.
Complete Foot Care
Regular and incarnated nail clipping, filing, decongesting of the nails grooves (treatment of the cuticles), treatment of the skin, reduction of calluses, soft, hard corns, callosity, exfoliation, application of hot towel, application of cream or lotion adapted to the client's needs, and massage if time permits.
* Bring your own nail polish, and Stephanie will happily apply it for you. This is for hygiene purposes so you can retouch chips. Stephanie also has a selection of polishes that can be purchased.
Reflexology
Your feet are full of pressure points, each connected to a specific body part. Reflexology focuses on those vital connections to help energize the body while promoting relaxation and well-being. Orthotics
Orthotics are designed to assist in the correction of biomechanical problems that affect the feet, ankles, knees, back and other structures as we walk, run or perform other activities. Stéphanie is trained to assess and recommend orthotic footwear. She can size for custom inserts that can be transferred from shoe to shoe and have access to a variety of orthotic products and footwear specially designed for various conditions.
Compression Therapy
Heavy and tired legs and swollen ankles, besides skin changes, can be signs of chronic venous disease. Around 15 percent of the population even suffer from chronic venous insufficiency, a serious disease with real clinical consequences.
